Liquidity, also known as cash solvency, measures a state's ability to pay its immediate bills over a period of 30 to 60 days. This metric is based on data from the Mercatus Center's State Fiscal Rankings. Liquidity was calculated by dividing current assets over current liabilities. TN ranked 11th in 2018 and ranks 10th in 2019.
